DO NOT train through pain
Communicate feedback positive & negative: unless the negative is a bad review than keep that to yourself (just kidding)
Change/Adaptation (mentally & physically) will be uncomfortable, but what growth isn’t
Exercises that you find the hardest are usually, which is code for always, the ones that need the most work
Consistency is the best prescription
Not every workout will be great: out of 10 workouts there will be 4 awesome, 3 not bad, and 3 suckie ones
