I grew up as an Army Brat and was able to call a lot of amazing places home, such as West Point, NY. Baseball guided pretty much every decision in my life including college. I started all 4 years patrolling center field at Catholic University, while studying Biology Pre-Med. Once my baseball career was over, I took up strength and conditioning on a more serious level while working at a physical therapy that was owned by an orthopaedic practice. I wanted to get involved more into coaching at the baseball level in the summer and fall as well as coaching people on my own time and as my own boss. This led me toward becoming a personal trainer. I received my certification through NASM. Training the general population as well as high school athletes has truly become a passion and my unrelenting pursuit of helping people achieve their fitness goals. Besides training and baseball, my family is the most important. My wife Meghan and son Dominic are the priority in my life.
